Cat Teapot circa 1930’s

“Sagwa” is a white ceramic cat with rust markings, Black eyes with white pupils and wearing a green bow. The head swivels, is removable and serves as the lid. The painting has been done by hand and no two markings are the same. “Sagwa” has been sitting around in a disused where house in North China since the 1930’s and therefore has some crazing on various part of the body. Supplies are limited. A wonderful addition to the Teapot Collector, or the discerning consumer of fine Teas.
